Seeking two (2) full-time ER Physicians to work in a very busy ER Setting. Beautiful location, surrounded by lakes with great outdoor activities. We offer competitive salary and benefits with two year salary guarantee, paid malpractice and excellent benefits.
- Total number of physicians in specialty currently in department at practice site: 4
- Training required (i.e. residency, degree, certification): Experience or training in ED medicine
- Anticipated weekly work schedule at base location: ED physicians work 12-hr shifts and switch at 0700 and 1900. During summer concert events a second physician provides backup. State designated Level 3 Trauma Center.
- Anticipated volume of office patients per day at base location: 33 visits/day
- Past volumes and projected volumes: 12,000 annual visits

Orthopedic Surgery
Seeking two general BE/BC orthopedic surgeons to fill an existing practice. This 22-person provider group has provided an ongoing referral base drawing from a growing service population of 40,000 plus. Compensation with incentive based on experience. Full benefits, malpractice and GENEROUS STARTING BONUS provided.

- Previous ortho had 12,000+ RVUs
- Anticipated weekly work schedule (i.e. 8-5 M-F) M-F plus Call Rotation. FT is typically 2-3 days in clinic with the other days in surgery. Our dept also outreaches to PR and White Earth.
- Anticipated volume of office patients per day: 20+ patients in clinic setting
- Anticipated volume of procedures per day: Depends on practice, but most of our physicians have 2-3 full days of surgery/week, up to 5/day depending on mix of IP and OP.
- Call description weekdays and weekends: 1:2-4
- Call pay for > 1:4
- Average inpatient practice volume per week or month: Depends on Inpatient Surgical Practice; up to 10/week for dept
- Special equipment of interest to note: SMIH has OSI Spine/Trauma table, Zimmer sole vendor, Use Synthes for Trauma, seasoned and well-trained OR staff
