St. Mary's Innovis Health Will Celebrate Ground Breaking of New Patient Care Clinic Attachment (PDF)
Detroit Lakes, Minn., May 2010 – St. Mary’s Innovis Health will celebrate the construction of a new patient care clinic by hosting a ground breaking ceremony on June 14 at 1:00 p.m. The ceremony is open to the public and will take place at the Hospital’s west entrance off of Washington Avenue.The new St. Mary Innovis Health clinic, scheduled to open in Summer 2011, will be twice the square footage of existing clinic space at approximately 50,000 square feet, supporting the organization’s plans for additional physician growth and expanded services.
“We are obviously very excited about bringing this facility to the community,” said Dr. Abigail Ring, Chief Medical Officer. “This facility will support a patient-centered approach to care with flexibility to adapt to changing practices in providing care to our patients,” added Chief Executive Officer Tom Thompson. “Our new clinic enables us to complete integration of our clinical and hospital services, a vision that adds value to our patients and community.”
