Services - Cardiac Pulmonary Rehab
St. Mary's Regional Health Center's Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program works with patients to educate and reinforce healthy lifestyles. Our cardiac and pulmonary rehab professionals are specially trained to restore you to a high level of physical, social, spiritual, and vocational functioning.
St. Mary's Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program is for patients who are diagnosed with cardiopulmonary problems. Your personal physician will determine whether or not you are a candidate.
The goal of St. Mary's Rehab program is to increase the efficiency of your heart and lungs. Following your physician's referral, you will come to St. Mary's approximately three times a week for twelve weeks.
St. Mary's Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab programs are highly individualized and are designed to assist you in maintaining the cardiopulmonary fitness level achieved at the completion of the program.
